The Friends of the Bosque is a non-profit organization created to build and maintain the Memorial and its outreach programs. We depend on the general public for continued support. Our programs communicate and preserve the history at Fort Sumner and the Bosque Redondo Memorial through education, outreach, reinactment ceremonies, and nature conservancy. Please join us today in preserving the memory of Bosque Redondo, remembering its past... and celebrating its future.
Yearly Membership includes free admission to Fort Sumner State Monument and the Bosque Redondo quarterly newsletter. Corporate Membership also includes a one-time use of the Bosque Redondo Monument facility for an evening event.
Please visit THE GIFT STORE for Membership levels and to become a Friend of the Bosque today. You will receive updated information on all our programs and activities as well as having a part in the creation of Phase II of the Memorial, a unique interactive exhibit that places the visitor in the midst of the Bosque Redondo experience. Construction began in March 2011. Murals were installed February 2012.
